Hi. My name is Sara Cann and I’m currently a culinary student at The International Culinary Center, home to the legendary French Culinary Institute. I’m a writer by trade (used to be an assistant editor for Men’s Health magazine), but I like to refer to myself as a professional eater. My family knows me as  “the one who eats” and I’ve followed my appetite (and intuition) to culinary school.
