Hi. My name is Sara Cann and I’m currently a culinary student at The International Culinary Center, home to the legendary French Culinary Institute. I’m a writer by trade (used to be an assistant editor for Men’s Health magazine), but I like to refer to myself as a professional eater. My family knows me as  “the one who eats” and I’ve followed my appetite (and intuition) to culinary school. This is my daily log of what I’ve been making, eating, and (accidentally) destroying in class. Hope you enjoy!
